Return Policy
At Thread Shed Boutique, we want you to LOVE your purchase! If by chance your item doesn’t fit properly, we will issue a store credit. Please read all return policies below:
All returns are issued a store credit. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email with your store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box in the same condition you received them or we are unable to accept your return. If any returns do not meet these guidelines, your item will be returned to you at your expense.
To start a return, you need to contact us at heather@threadshedboutique.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
if you return an item that was paid for through Sezzle, your payments will continue as originally scheduled. The store credit you receive is not associated with Sezzle and cannot be used to make Sezzle payments.
**We are not responsible for packages being lost in transit. If this happens, you will need to file a claim with the post office. If products are marked as delivered you will need to contact the carrier.
