The Rachel Romper is super soft and flows, PLUS it has POCKETS!! It is longer in length, but it does have elastic at the waist. So shorter people, like myself, and can wear the waistband up higher. This romper does also work really well for someone taller, though. It has a tie at the back of the neck. It’s so cute, and very cute with a jean jacket over it!
